Our early career member events typically happen because of participatory leadership. For example,
When members have an idea for an event, they start working on it. Whether they be the networking events hosted by #teamnorth, Open Space events for PD credit, or a trip to the American Labor Museum, events happen because members step up with ideas, and NJEA makes space for them. You could say that these members have a new vision. 🙂
